    We look for people who can find and define problems, more than people with a lot of knowledge or experience. We also look for people who have used AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex, who think in systems to structure work and who understand data structures and information security.

    Tech

    Responsibilities

    • Developing tools that automate customs clearance work
    • Designing and operating the in-house work system and databases
    • Introducing AI tools and verifying their results
    • Managing information security, including accounts, permissions and access logs

    Our values

    Preferred qualifications

    • Experience building deliverables with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex
    • Experience in database design
    • Information security certification or practical security experience
    • Experience in customs, trade or logistics work

    Service

    Responsibilities

    • Import and export clearance, tariff classification and checking import requirements
    • FTA certificates of origin and customs duty drawback
    • Client consultation and progress updates
    • Import and export declarations, responding to customs and customs advisory services

    Preferred qualifications

    • Holders of the Licensed Customs Broker, Certified Bonded Area Manager, Certified Origin Specialist or International Trade Specialist qualification
    • Client service experience (any industry)
    • Practical import and export experience

    Responsibilities

    • Developing accounts with cargo owners, freight forwarders and logistics companies
    • Partnering with industry associations, educational institutions and cooperating companies
    • Planning new services that meet client needs

    Our values

    Preferred qualifications

    • Sales or partnership experience in the customs, trade or logistics industries
    • Experience in industry association activities
    • Experience working with overseas business partners in a foreign language
