Managing Partner and Licensed Customs Broker Donggun Shin has been appointed a member of the Korea Customs Service "2026 Citizens' Quick Resolution Team." The Korea Customs Service held the launch ceremony at Busan Regional Customs on April 22, 2026.
The Citizens' Quick Resolution Team was launched in 2026 by the Korea Customs Service by merging the existing Regulation Discovery Team and the Proactive Administration Monitoring Team. It consists of 50 members: exporters and importers, customs clearance and logistics industry professionals, and members of the public. For one year, the members identify unreasonable issues across customs administration and propose improvements.
