The "Bulk Submission System for Customs Value Declaration Data" applies to declarations from September 1, 2025.
- Eligible companies: Companies whose prior-year payments of customs duties, value-added tax, and other taxes were KRW 500 million or more. Companies participating in AEO and ACVA are excluded.
- 8 areas of data to submit: royalties, assists, commissions, transportation-related costs such as freight and insurance, container and packing costs, subsequent proceeds, indirect payments, and transactions between related parties
- Repeated transactions: For repeated transactions on the same terms, data is submitted only once, at the first transaction of each year.
- Late submission: If data preparation is delayed at the clearance stage, late submission within 30 days is permitted.
