Export Clearance Request

Send us the invoice and packing list for the goods you are exporting, and we will prepare the export declaration. Our staff will check the documents and contact you.

Purpose of collection and use
Export declaration (checking your submission, preparing the export declaration and filing it with Korea Customs Service, and keeping you informed of progress)
Items collected
Required: invoice number, transport mode, destination country, product name, company name, business registration number, contact person's name, phone number, email, invoice / Optional: expected loading date, location of goods, customs clearance code, packing list, business registration certificate, other documents, notes
Retention period
90 days from the date of submission. For requests that proceed to an export declaration, the record is moved to the business records and kept for 5 years from the date the declaration is accepted (Customs Act, Article 12). Reply emails sent by Ubis are kept as business correspondence records.
Right to refuse and consequences
You may refuse to consent. However, if you do not consent, you cannot submit this form, but you can submit your request by phone or email.
