Import Clearance Request

Send us the B/L number and shipping documents for the goods you are importing, and we will prepare the import declaration. Our staff will check the documents and contact you.

Before you submit

  • B/L or AWB number
  • Invoice, packing list
  • Business registration number, customs clearance code (if you have one)
  • Certificate of origin (when applying the FTA agreement rate)

The House B/L number (House AWB for air) you received from the forwarder or shipping line.

Transport mode

Example: stainless steel tumbler, cosmetics (skin care)

Purpose of collection and use
Import declaration (checking your submission, preparing the import declaration and filing it with Korea Customs Service, and keeping you informed of progress)
Items collected
Required: B/L or AWB number, transport mode, product name, company name, business registration number, contact person's name, phone number, email, invoice / Optional: expected arrival date, customs clearance code, packing list, B/L or AWB, certificate of origin, business registration certificate, other documents, notes
Retention period
90 days from the date of submission. For requests that proceed to an import declaration, the record is moved to the business records and kept for 5 years from the date the declaration is accepted (Customs Act, Article 12). Reply emails sent by Ubis are kept as business correspondence records.
Right to refuse and consequences
You may refuse to consent. However, if you do not consent, you cannot submit this form, but you can submit your request by phone or email.
